I went to bank today in the morning. John has given me excellent customer service. I was having issues with my online banking. But John made sure he went out of the way to help me. Besides that he printed my statements and also apologised for inconvenience I have to go through. My online banking is still not sorted. But I needed my statements urgently which he printed straight away.I would like to thank John for helping me. Thanks !!

Karen Orton was really helpful, I'd only gone in to deposit money however she showed me a bunch of incentives provided by lloyds to save money and have better interest rates in savers accounts. She was really easy to speak with and took me through everything. Really positive experience so massive thank you to Karen.

Found the staff to be very condescending,I had a transaction to do but the assistant manager and counter clerk where more interested in talking to me as if I was a child.

Terrible service went with my dad and the how can I help ladie was there I asked her that I?m here for a under19 bank account.she said the people were not there so she said do it on the website I tryed the website it said that I was to young but that is a lie because on the websites it said 11 to 15 but I was 12 and my cousin is 12 and he got a under19 bank account terrible
