This is probably the worse betting shop I have been to. The guy (Daniel) offered zero customer service. I placed a bet and was told it is late after I won. He never said it was late when I placed the bet. At the time of placing the bet, he was chatting to another staff.

The machines are the biggest cheating fuckers they ever put in there..how can you play 2 pounds a spin and not get a 5pound win..400 hundred and nothing...daylight robbery.
