Service was good, tyres good, however I don't really understand why the tires and rims weren't cleaned. There was grease, finger marks and some sort of white stuff all over the rims and tires. When you're spending over £1,000 on tires you'd expect that they'd look good when you pick it up rather than having to go home and clean them up yourself.

Got the car for service and MOT. Told them that there is a check engine light on the dashboard. They did the MOT which failed due to that. It turned out that they are not fixing engines so cannot fix this for an MOT retest. They should have known that this issue will cause MOT failure and they cannot fix it, so shouldn't do the test. Even worse would be íf they thought that it is not an issue as that would just indicate their incompetence.

Used part of my jack for some reason. Broke it, didn?t put it back where it goes and just left it in the back of my van. Also didn?t give me options on my tyres until i refused to pay £180 per tyre. Won?t be taking any of our vans there again

Initially was happy with the visit for 2 front tyres and 4 wheel tracking (unexpectedly required). Obviously not happy at an additional £90 for tracking but understood the necessity for having it done.
But the car pulls right with the steering wheel centred which is what I was told was the need for the tracking adjustment. So £90 and car now has a more noticeable steering issue.

Spoke with Fahim and Harvey explained I was having high pitched squeeking for back right wheel and I needed a break check. On the report they never checked the back break pads just the front. I asked them if they can give a quote for all break pads and disks to be replaced on both axels was quoted £407. I told him that?s great go ahead. When I took care of home they never did the work only changed to front disks that I was never even having an issue with. They both denied the conversations we had regarding the issues with high squeaking from back wheel and refused to rectify the issue. They started lying to my face saying I never mentioned issues with back wheel speaking and lied about the quote and job. They took my money and put disks and pads on the wheels I wasn?t Evan having an issue with and when confronted they kept laughing and lying saying I never told them I wanted the back wheel done and that I never mentioned squeaking.
I felt so humiliated and upset, I advise you go to a local garage.

I wanted to swap front and rear wheels on one side of the car. Did not want balancing but the man I dealt with refused to swap the wheels unless I paid for completely unnecssary balancing. I had no choice but to accept and paid £33.90. Felt it was extortionate.
