I recently booked my daughters car in for an MOT expecting it to fail , which it did . I asked for an estimate to repair the vehicle and complete the retest . When the garage called me I was pleasantly surprised to hear the final payment was £75 cheaper than the quote. My daughter both dropped off and collected the car , she said the staff there were extremely helpful and polite. It is really refreshing to find a garage that is reasonably priced and trustworthy. Based on our experience I would definitely recommend these guys for your repairs .

I recently moved to Hemel Hempstead and I had to service my car. I found them on google and despite the bad rating they have they are actually really good. Excellent customer service. Excellent timing. Acceptable prices, not the cheapest but it does not reap you off.

Arrived and was told "oh we've cancelled your booking, as we wouldn't do it for that price" - It was 350 quid for a cambelt change, hardly a bargain.. Then they lied that they'd phoned to cancel, which they hadn't.

Left waiting far too long for 2 tyres and wheel alignment! I was there waiting over 2.5 hours with a small baby! I was initially told it would take up to 1.5 hours. I had to ask to find out what was happening and be updated. I was appalled at the long wait for a simple change in tyres and wheel alignment. I also tried to call beforehand and no answer on the phone. This had been pre booked on a time slot too via Asda tyres. Never again!

Had a booking for 3:30 prepaid tyres got in they started taking the wheels off and at 5:30 I've mentioned it to them it is taking a bit longer then expected obviously all other customers came in while i was waiting and all gone.So now is 17:45 finally tyres done but been left sitting waiting for two hours without any updateBeen coming to them for many years but now definitely don't feel like using them again at all!Was last one to leave after closing time!What a pity situation sitting there like an idiot watching everyone turning up getting they tyres done and leave but my vehicle was left standing there for two hours!

Had no warning MOT. Failed for airbag fault displayed. had no issue prior to taking car for MOT. Took car to my local garage. They found that block connector under set was disconnected, which created fault. Advised that this could not have been done accidentally. Recconected block plug, cleared fault and that was it. Would advise to avoid this place.

My partner took her car in as the engine management light came on, she was quoted £60 for a diagnostic machine to be plugged in. She then took it to a mechanic in Apsley who plugged in the diagnostic machine, found the fault and quoted her a price for a repair within 4 minutes and charged her NOTHING!. I hope this review helps you make an informed decision in these difficult times.

After booking, i waited from 11.00 till 13.50 to change 2 tires on my car, 3 hours of waiting which usually takes half an hour. Never again!

The electric power to my car was failing. I took the car to F1 AUTOS in Hemel who kept the car for just under a week unable to diagnose the fault. They admitted to me they were unable to find the fault and as a gesture of Good will did not charge me. Kipling on the other hand decided to charge me over £300 for a new alternator (2 days prior to this, breakdown repair services ran a diagnostic on my car and advised that my alternator was fine and that I would most likely need a new battery). Rather than change the battery, Kipling opted for the more expensive option. Handing me back my car STILL FAULTING. As a so called professional garage this is negligent as the car is unsafe to drive. Potentially causing a hazard to myself, pedestrians and other motor vehicle users.Being 5 mins apart. If you need your car repaired, go to F1 AUTOS, the Honest Garage.

I dropped my car off this morning, I got a call at lunch time in regards to a drive shaft near side passenger side to replace they quoted me £526.11 which I thought was astronomical.I then asked for a diagnostic of the work on headed paper and I was told there isn't one as I needed it for my warranty company to carry out the works / repair.I then called the company as they said they would send an email to my warranty company to detail the works and they hadn't as my warranty company said they told them they where too busy lol seriously.I then got a quote for the same work at f1autocentres on the industrial estate for £272.26 I don't know how this garage can't get away with charging / quoting this.DO NOT use as the customer service is shocking too plus as you can see over inflated places for no valid reason.
