disgusting. placed an order through Just Eat, only half delivered. I complained on Just Eat then got a phone call from the restaurant. telling me they got the order wrong and the would give me what was missing plus 2 pieces of extra chicken if I would collect. Why would I want to collect when I paid for delivery? Then to get told I had to contact Just Eat, why should I, just deliver my food

Workers refuse to tell the difference between chicken drumsticks and chicken thighs, always getting the order wrong, and the food is horrible quality. They are also too lazy to maintain the ice cream machine and lie to the customers, telling them it's not working, when they are just using that as an excuse. I am never coming back here again. Please hire more efficient workers.

Recently went here for some dinner.Got rushed to eat and then kicked out at 7pm on a Thursday evening because they were apparently shut.Rude member of staff.Won't be going back to this branch of KFC for a while.

So just got our delivery. We clearly stated no mayo as we have an allergy .it's on the recipe aswell but yet they still put mayo so waste of a meal thanks KFC

Closed 45 mins early, couldn?t take card payment so prompted you to use the app, after ordering on the app I was informed the things I ordered weren?t available and they were unable to refund because I?d ordered through the app. It?s really not that hard to just remove unavailable items from the app, other fast food places do it without issue

Placed an Uber order for a Chicken Fillet Burger, two pieces of Original Recipe Chicken and Two Spicy wings with no lettuce in the burger and no chicken legs for the Original Recipe Chicken? guess what I received.? fuming as they won?t answer the phone, probably can?t see it as they can?t read an order either !
