So I went shopping to find my son some trainers - went into JD thinking right let?s have a look - they had a sale on great - found some lovely once which where black and blue - they was on sale for £50 reduce from £75 - got the right size went to pay for them then like was like that?s £75 please I Replied, they was on sale from £75-£50 he went over came back and went no they?re not. I said yes they r and he was like oh can you show me in a rude manner - I went over there. Someone has swapped the trainers over to a different part of the display so I said okay fair enough. Well you need to make sure That these things are highlighted as it?s false advertising they were very rude didn?t apologise or nothing

Gave one star because thats the least i could give. Wanted a shoe in my size but they are lack of staff and the staff which is in the store were not helpfull at all.So had to leave without trying the shoe in my size. Extremely poor service

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this store. Very unorganised store from the team to the products! Nobody knows what they are doing. The staff are polite, but that alone can not make sales if they don't have items to purchase! Sort yourselves out, and get organised, you lost out on a £100.
