I was giving 0 stars if I could. Booked 2 tires to be fitted and a wheel alignment for 8:30am Saturday. The opening time is 8am to 5pm. The site was closed at 8:30, the manager came with the key at 8:37 and just told us that he can't proceed with the will alignment as the machine is broken. Booked and paid for MOT online at a specific time slot and booking took my car registration so they knew make and model. On arrival was told they were busy and there would be a wait I.e. beyond the time slot booked. After about a half hour wait when they took my car in I was told they couldn't do my MOT as their ramp... read full comment
