The lady, Ghazala, was absolutely lovely. She helped sort out my problem with an earring I have bought from a different branch for my daughter. The earrings were extremely lightweight and there was issues with it not closing properly. She got it replaced for us with no complaint or argument. I would recommend this store to all my friends and family over the branch closest as they were extremely rude.
