Disappointed with the level of service and lack of consideration for patient needs. This pharmacy has previously been able to supply a specific brand of medication for a very young patient, but they are now refusing to order it?despite the prescription being valid?simply due to cost.(this was explained by another pharmacist)
This is not how a healthcare service should operate. Patients should not have to struggle to access the medication that works best for them just because it?s slightly more expensive. It?s extremely frustrating to be told that availability depends not on clinical need of a child, but on budget decisions made by the pharmacy.
Very let down by the lack of support or willingness to help resolve the situation.

The staff in this pharmacy have gone above and beyond for myself and my partner. There have been numerous times our GP surgery has made errors with our medication, and the staff have been quick to sort it out for us on several occasions. They recognise and act on the importance of receiving the correct medication at the correct time. Without them my partner and l would have been left without critical medication and probably in hospital no thanks to our GP. Lovely people, excellent service.

The staff are extremely professional but most importantly they are all very friendly , compassionate and helpful. I?m so grateful they are my pharmacist and can?t recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

They need to deliver more efficient services. I always need to wait for up to 20 mins for then to prep meds I ordered a week ago. I don't understand how they get so behind with such things especially because I would have ordered them a week ago. It seems to be getting worse and slower as well. But there are no alternatives so we are stuck with their bad services

Honestly the best pharmacy I have used in years, friendly helpful staff. They text you when you prescription is ready and know where it is as soon as you give them your name fast and efficient.

Have used our localChemist for longer than I can remember, never had any issues, and staff amazing. Until recently, a new guy with a huge chip on his shoulder, not sure who he thinks he is but upsetting so many people. I have some specialist expensive medicines 3 of the last 4 have been confirmed as ready by doctor and chemist, yet when go to pick up have been lost have to be re ordered and in some cases I?ve missed it for a few days which is very dangerous. He speaks to customers and other staff so rude and bluntly and when you say anything back he starts in front of others mentioning what your medication is for in an attempt to embarrass you. Something is very wrong in there now, I know of several who have now changed to an alternative chemist and we areNow about to do the same.
