I purchased my tickets to India in the 25th of October and paid a deposit of £1,600 pounds and and final payment on the 16th of November £5208 pounds. I was issued E tickets in November however a week before flying I was advised that my E tickets were cancelled by the traveling agents. They advised me that it was done in error and would issue my tickets by the 10th of December however to date no E tickets have arrived but false promises. I want everyone to boycott this company. They are scammers and operate fraudulently. The head office if you check in Hemel Hampstead is in the middle of warehouses and does not exist. They use several companies and one company traveln- save has been closed in houses since 2019 but all their emails and logo still display these.PCM travels is another of their company operated by them. I am still waiting for my E tickets to fly on the 15th of December which they keep promising to send everyday. Please don't book with them. all the numbers stop working. They do not respond to the emails. The office in New York start speaking in Spanish and waste your time. My daughter is autistic and we were going for her treatment. We have been scammed . I am devastated, I have reported them as possible but they will still carry on as this is there trade until everyone stops using them and report them.
