I was looking to match a brick and Paul Bacon was an amazing help, on email, on the phone and in person in the Hemel Hempstead branch. I purchased some bricks and then had to return them for a refund. Paul was so helpful, as were all the team my wife and I came into contact with. The guys unloading and loading the bricks in the yard were also great.

Needed some skirting board for my house and spoke to a lady on the phone who was very helpful and was told they had what I needed in stock. Went to depot helpful guys behind counter, ordered it and delivered on time . Good service all round
