Food choice today was a disgrace. We eat there regularly, but are seriously considering finding somewhere else. No soup, no jacket potatoes & options for toasted sandwich limited to 1. Very very disappointed. Mid week lunchtime they must be better organised than this. Getting worse each week

Thank you so much to the amazing staff at the Hemel store. Sebeena and Sharon went above and beyond. Sebeena thoroughly search the store to find the replacement I needed then completed the service with Sharon at the checkout. They both insured my problem was solve alongside making sure I went home a happy customer. 5*+

Lovely place to browse and buy things for home or even gifts. Has a lovely cafe so you can plan and take your time to browse and purchase items you need as well as take a break and grab a sandwich, cake or coffee. Lovely atmosphere and great staff. Thank you
