Rachel made our experience at Dreams memorable. She greeted us with a smile and although busy she offered us water and pillows to make us more comfortable on the Sleep Match equipment. She explained everything and once we had completed our purchase and left the store we felt highly satisfied.

Everything about this purchase has been perfect. The customer service in the shop was excellent, the bed is fantastic, the mattress is even better, and delivery and installation was prompt, quick, very helpful and extremely professional. I'm really impressed.

Spent about an hour in the shop including the use of Sleepwatch to determine the most suitable mattress. Jack, the Store Manager, gave us his full attention, suggesting several suitable mattresses for us to try, until we made our decision. A pleasant shopping experience

It was a pleasure dealing with Rachel B358. She greeted me warmly, offering me water on a sweltering day. She took time with me whilst we discussed which mattress would be most suitable. She has great knowledge and understanding of both the products and customers needs. We used the sleepmatch machine which helped in the decision making. I was also introduced to cooling pillows - great for menopausal women. Rachel gave a highly satisfactory service and I look forward to receiving my new mattress.

Excellent service.
The bed scanning device was able to pick out several types quickly, and with the help of the exceptionally friendly staff, who made sure to explain what differentiated the mattresses and offered us water in the heat, I was able to select a new mattress in minutes with all the additional services we could get.
