The last three orders I have made to Hemel Domonos have delivered the wrong food. I have used Dominos for years, probably once a month or so, and I've not had many problems until recently. My last order included two toppings that I specifically asked to be removed, and missing the stuffed crust. No apology, and they asked for the pizza back when I got the replacement delivered.
Not using Dominos again.

Wouldn't bother wasting money here again.
Received pizza, and there were long strands of hair. Dough was soggy and raw like.
Called up and complained not one person apologised for the issue a driver just picked up the pizza and left.
Called back to find out what is happening and he just said we will take a picture and refund you in 2-3 days which is fair enough but again no apology.
Rude and not acceptable.

Ordered online, app was accurate with estimated time for the pizza to be made and ready for collection. Quick and efficient service.

Awful service, waited 25 minutes for our food as it sat under the lights for 10 minutes as the staff were too busy talking and buying energy drinks to actually serve us. Then we checked it and it was wrong anyway.

Good Pizzas, all be it on a smaller size than some others...Maybe they should reduce the price to match the size. Taste is good though..

4th time I have ordered thinking things would have changed, clearly not, dominos is going down hill, as always pizza drenched in sauce and hardly no cheese. Never again would I buy dominos, delivery drivers are the worse and cannot read delivery addresses correctly!

Incorrect pizza was delivered mistakenly (mistakes do happen!), but the Team were very shifted in arranging a swap !Mohammed re-delivered my pizza and He was very kind and swift with the re-delivery - please commend him! I wish I could have tipped him but unfortunately I did not have any cash at the time.
