I tried to order on the dominos wedsite, its the first time trying dominos, waited 2 hours, went to check my order and it hasn't gone through, i was so annoyed and hungry, i rang domino's in Hemel near toby carvery, and a amazing lady answered the phone, and sorted my ordered out and said she will get it out to me as quickly as possible, which she did and it was lovely, absolutely fantastic customer service i will definitely order again

Sadly when it arrived it was warm to cool. Watched via tracker and driver had it in his vehicle for 18 mins due to doing multiple deliveries which I do understand. However his deliveries were in opposite direction of my home which meant cold pizza by the time he did all his other deliveries. So looks like I will try using other dominoes as they ignore other customers or organising a hot pizza delivery.

One of the worst domino's I have been to, I rang up to make an order for collection so they could get cooking so when I got there it would be ready and I was going to pay with cash when I got there but for some reason the women wouldn't let me make an order over the phone and pay when I got there but she was happy for me to make an order at the counter and pay there and then, so then I had to wait about for twenty minutes whilst they cooked in. I came out of domino's feeling really stressed out. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this one. AVOID MAYLANDS DOMINO'S LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

I ordered a 4 pizzas, one of which was a half and half being Texas BBQ and Margarita, however when I arrived home, the pizza was completely Texas BBQ, had to go back to the establishment, for them to remake the pizza, came home to the rest of our now cold order, and the complete incompetence of their staff could not get it right, due to this, I had to call up and all they could offer me was 1 free pizza after ruining 4 pizzas and 3 hours of my evening
Disgraceful service overall, will not be returning, Pizza Hut is way better!
