Would rate at minus 1 star if possible. Went into Hemel Store to look at a particular item (Freesat HD 2Tb recorder). Asked the 12-year old at the door who grunted and took me partway into the store without taking eyes or thumbs from his phone. I located the item and needed to ask a tech question about it. Asked another assistant who mumbled something about getting help. That was the last contact I had, despite waiting for some time, so I got fed up and left the store.
Well Currys, You lost a £299.00 sale, and I will never try to buy anything from you again, instore or online.

Had a great shopping experience today. Was served by Muhammad, who was extremely helpful in purchasing a new laptop for my mother amongst other items.
He is a truly exemplary staff member and had a great chat with him whilst sorting out our purchases.

Amazing service - went in to change TV and instantly was offered help even when they seemed to just be coming in to start a shift! Made sure to offer help carrying everything the whole time and anything that could be needed was offered as well as getting any additional items that came with it for us!

This review is purely based on customer service. We went into Curry's Hemel last week looking for some information on VR headsets and gaming. We were dealt with by Yash who was an absolute pro on VR. He answered every single question I had, he explained all the differences between 3 and 3s and although we didn't purchase it that day, this shoutout is particularly for his 5 star customer service. Thank you.

Truly dreadful. I paid for full delivery and installation of a TV and the slot was this morning (Saturday) between 6.45am and 9.15am. I got up at 6.30am to be ready for them. They turned up at 7.20am but having brought in the television and plonked it in the middle of our sitting room, said they couldn't install it because they weren't able to fit the stand. They said another team would come and do that later in the day and left the boxed TV in our sitting room. I've just spoken to Currys customer service who now say it will be Tuesday before this can happen. What's the point of paying for a Saturday installation if it doesn't happen until Tuesday?

Just bought a new tv from Currys Hemel Hempstead and wanted to leave a positive review. We were served by a young guy called Zodiac and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He obviously knows his stuff and gave us good advice as to what to look for in a new tv. Zodiac wasn't too pushy and overall he made it a great shopping experience. I would recommend Currys Hemel Hempstead.

I must admit, I was disappointed by a recent visit to Curry?s in Apsley. I visited their Tech Department who were about as much help as a chocolate tea pot. The Tech Department told me they could not perform a fairly simple repair on my make of desktop pc even though I had brought it from them previously.
Luckily I found a local pc repair company in Redbourn who were excellent and fixed the PC within a day. I am honestly going to think twice before buying another PC from Curry?s if they turn their back on you once you have made the purchase.

They were fast friendly, and got exactly what in needed. In and out in less the half hour, when purchasing a box freezer. Will go back.
