One of THE BEST experience I had at Currys. The dude working there, Daniel, is really helpful and knows even the slightest of tech details. It was really fun talking to him, as he really helped me pick out the best products. Took his time, never once got irritated. Would gladly visit again for my future Tech products. The customer service, product and their warranty services are outclass. Truly a tech heaven this place.

If I could give less I would. Appalling customer service or rather complete lack of I wanted to buy an iron. Not a person to be seen on either floor apart from check out girl to talk about & buy one. So disgusted I left & brought on line

Ridiculous.. Searched Currys website for the apple watches we wanted, found Hemel Hempstead had them both. Not being the closest Currys I thought no issue let's go. I was shown the watches, I asked if I can try them on and was told "No sorry they are locked up" a bit confused I asked "so i can't try them on to check face size on my wrist before I spend £400" I was told "no sorry if you want to try them on you will need to go to somewhere like an Apple store" I seriously walked out in disbelief.. who buys a watch without trying it on... Thanks for wasting my time Currys.

Oh dear, for me such a boring shop to browse around. If you have a specific item you're after then it's great to be able to see it if they carry physical stock. Good range of White goods and TV's. Shame if they were taken over by a Internet only outfit as recently mentioned in the press.

Absolutely shockingly bad service. None of the staff were willing to help and were nowhere to be seen on the shop floor. I came into store to get a better look at the product I had seen online but was told (after having to queue up at the till to actually speak to someone) that even though I had the product boxed in my hands I couldn?t have a look at it. When I asked if I could buy the product, then open the box and return it if I am unhappy, I was told that was not possible. If this is the service that curry?s is proud to offer then I really am shocked. Going into a store is meant to help you make a purchase, congratulations Curry?s, you managed to achieve the complete opposite effect.

After 30 minutes looking at laptops and being totally ignored by staff my colleague and I decided to express a similar level of interest in doing business and walked out. No wonder purchasing online is sweeping retail away :(

Don't expect to be served here.Always short staffed. No one pays attention upstairs. Went to buy a fridge freezer but after 1 hour waiting to be served I went elsewhere. Customer service is really poor.

Went in to buy a new TV, I knew what I wanted so it was to be a quick sale. Ended up walking out after 15mins questioning if I had died and it was in fact my invisible spirit that was shopping and not my physical body. The one staff member I found and spoke to said they would be back in a minute. 10mins later they were on the other side of the store chatting away with their mate.I want to keep brick and mortar shops going, I really do, but when Amazon are £80 cheaper and eager to take my money its an easy decision to make.

Have had an appalling experience. Bought a laptop , but the assistant wrongly advised me of the spec so not suitable. You can?t ring anyone at store and the customer service was appalling. Got emails to say a replacement was ready to collect, drive to store and find it isn?t. Customer service say they will escalate to manager- still no call back. 4 round trips and lots of wasted time later I finally get something. When trying to lodge a complaint the person I spoke to just fobbed me off with a case number, no interest in hearing what happened. Wish I had gone elsewhere

Currys is our go to place when we need to replace appliances and on this occasion a TV, they guys there are all very knowledgeable and are always able to answer any questions about the products
