Would rate at minus 1 star if possible. Went into Hemel Store to look at a particular item (Freesat HD 2Tb recorder). Asked the 12-year old at the door who grunted and took me partway into the store without taking eyes or thumbs from his phone. I located the item and needed to ask a tech question about it.
