poor service,always big queues, big queues but plenty of people packing double price deliveroo orders WHILST in stor customers stand around . nobody on till asks for more help. I walk out as they clearly don't want my money DISGRACE

What a scruffy shopping centre the council empty the bins and in mornings but nothing on Saturdays and sundays and bank holidays what disgrace what does the council do with our tax money it's not the councils fault it's the same old story I'm afraid it's the public just dont give a monkey

WORST EXPERIENCE. Went to this store for a few things with my younger brother. As we were shopping, a staff member walked by us and made a comment. I approached her and asked her to repeat what she said and in her words "I hope you have not been putting anything down your trousers". This comment was extremely disrespectful. After being confronted, her excuse was "I would have said this to anybody else", which is a lie because I did not hear her therefore it was only directed to my brother. Is this the type of attitude that the staff carry? Is this how you treat people who shop at Co-op? Are these the sort of people you employ? This level of profiling is disgusting and these type of people should receive the highest level concequence that exists. Co-op pride themselves in putting customers first, is this how you do that?

I ordered on deliveroo today, there was an honest mistake with my order, I phoned and whoever I spoke to today had a great reasonable manner, I know today they would be very busy, considering this I was very impressed by who ever I talked to today. My issues was resolved. Thankyou, great Shop?

Popped in to grab a few bits last Wednesday and ended up with 2 very large bags of shopping. Was served by Sean who asked me where I was carrying shopping to. I said car park to which he promptly came round and carried my shopping to my car. This us nor my local coop but it will be now. Thank you
