Thank you to Leanne & Sue for their excellent service @ Clark?s Hemel Hempstead . I had to have a shoe fitting done as I have bad bunions and ended up buying poor fitting shoes from another retailer .
These two ladies at Hemel Hempstead worked their magic . Leanne measured my foot and found so many choices of boots to try on , she really made an huge effort and really professional at measuring and fitting . Sue is lovely we had a great conversation about Pancake day ? but really gave her true opinion on shoes again very professional.
They are truely wonderful didn?t rush me and found me a pair not only on sale but ones that fit like a glove. Thank you ??????????

Went into Hemel Hempstead Clarks and had an amazing experience. A lady called Zoe was amazing she gave expert advice and was extremely patient with my very fussy daughter. Would highly recommend. The customer service was a 5??.

I went into the store in Hemel Hempstead yesterday to be served by a young man who I believed was called Matt. Omg his customer service was absolutely amazing. He listened well, explained everything and was really attentive throughout. Best customer service I've had in a very long time.

After having an AWFUL experince in the Milton Keynes Clark?s, Leanne at The Clark?s Hemel Branch restored our faith in Shopping with Clark?s. She went above and beyond to ensure myself as a first time mum and my 1 year old had a lovely first time experince choosing her first ever shoes. She spent around 30 mins ensuring she was happy with how they fitted and helping me understand the sizings and styles of all the different shoes. We completed an order in store to come to our house and I am really happy that we walked away feeling happy and content about the choice of her first shoe, all thanks to Leanne for the advice and time she gave us.

I've came down to this store on numerous occasions and the service has always been top tier. I will rarely use another clarks ever! All staff are amazing very welcoming and very children friendly. Last week I was served by a assistant called Hayley, she was very efficient and I ended up leaving with what I exactly wanted.

Great quality that lasts and they fit perfectly as well. And thats why you may pay that little bit extra. But you may buy two or three pairs in time if ever there is one when your Clarkes die a death. So weigh up the price of three pairs of cheaper shoes against one pair of quality clarks. The staff are helpful and friendly too.

Bought two pairs of shoes for my granddaughter late Feb they started to hurt her toes. I went back to the store last week late April to have her feet measured, they were the same size. Shop assistant asked me to bring the shoes in which I did two days later. Her feet were measured again, same size. So why do these shoes hurt? Out came the manager and miraculously her feet had grown by half a size in less than 5 minutes. Manager immediately denies any inaccurate measurement despite being wrongly measured twice in two days and promptly states that spending £84 two months ago for the wrong size shoes is perfectly acceptable, case closed. No it's not, complaint emailed to clarks and never buying from that shop again.
