Excellent walk in service in the store in Hemel. Slight admin issue however all sorted out efficiently.
The carpet fitting team were super and did a brilliant job.
We are very pleased with the carpet, fitting, cost and will be back to get our bedrooms done as well.

We went there, selected a carpet according to use ie hard wearing for stairs etc with help from Liz. A quote was provided and a date arranged for the 'measure ers' to come round.
They did, an updated quote was given - with the option of paying a deposit - & a date was booked via the store - for the carpet to be fitted!
Cant wait for the new carpet!!
Nb-measuer-ers & fitters have Saturday dates too. Very useful.

Tapi in Hemel was absolutely astonishing. I wanted to fit new carpets in my house and the manager Himms was really helpful and was amazing. They gave me the best fitters and they did the job perfectly. Well done to Alem and Nazeer. Couldn?t be more proud of the job.
