I recently had an issue with a helium canister I purchased at Card Factory in The Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead as it wasn?t working properly.
I went back to the store and spoke with Ryan, the manager, who was absolutely brilliant. He stayed calm, reassured me, and went above and beyond to help me blow up my balloons. His kindness and support really made a difference and ensured our special day went smoothly.
I honestly can?t thank Ryan enough his customer service was outstanding and I would highly recommend him and this store. Thank you again, Ryan, for making our day extra special!
