Extremely helpful and professional service. Spent a lot of time trying to resolve (and did resolve) a problem with the prescription that the GP had given. Went above and beyond all expectations. All staff were, polite, friendly and helpful

Dreadfully run place. They never have prescription stock. There's always something missing. Always a 45 to 1 hour wait for a prescription that was sent in days earlier. Where am I supposed to go for one hour in Stoneycroft? The last time I said okay I'll just sit here. Miraculously it was ready in 15 minutes.
I have now changed pharmacy to a different one further away. But they deliver free of charge and always have everything in stock.

Closed earlier than posted closing signs. Staff member saw me try the door and hid so I couldn?t see them anymore. Myself and three other people tried entering. Would think a place such as a chemist would make the effort to make sure they can help customers until the last minute. Called them and was blatantly ignored seeing as I knew there was staff inside and they knew I was waiting outside.

Poor service, the telephone is rarely answered. They seem to ignore prescriptions sent over electronically days in advance until you go in and ask for them to then be told it's a 30 minute wait. I might as well walk in with the prescription in hand.
Yesterday I queued for my prescription to be told it was out of stock and needed to be ordered, it would be ready tomorrow afternoon. Just after I arrived back home I received the 'your prescription is ready' message. Really?!

????????You do not receive the medicines according to the prescription, the pharmacists contradict the prescription given by the doctor. They are very naughty and behave very cold and ugly. My child could die because of them, because they didn't want to give the prescription medicines.???????
