I just got a really bad experience in the prescription counter.

Worse customer service ever. I walked into the store and asked a worker for help, she told me ?I?m done? so care to assist or find another worker. I said no problem can you get someone else to help me to which she tells me ?other people are around?. Rude, but I approach the tills and ask for help the woman behind says ?I?m busy doing something else?. I couldn?t find anyone on the floor who was able to help me.
Anyways I sorted it out myself and headed over to the tills to pay, the young boy on the till did his best with his management clearly not caring about helping him at all while 3 people stood behind him gossiping as a que built up. I took over the last bottle of an item I could find (which was damaged) I asked for either a discount or if they could check the back for a new one. They had no others but wouldn?t give me the discount. Whatever I left it.
Now I wanted to pay using a gift card, again the boy tried his best but couldn?t figure it out. There was enough money on there and I used it about 5 mins before in a diff store. Again no one to assist.
In the end I walked out with nothing. Horrible experience and went to Superdrug across the road who were so much nicer.

Review for Abuts
Absolutely appalling service. The experience we had with this company was nothing short of disgraceful. The behaviour of the staff, particularly one extremely rude and unprofessional woman, felt like a slap in the face. Her attitude was dismissive, condescending, and completely unacceptable.
It is shocking that a business can operate with such poor customer service. We were treated with a complete lack of respect, and it left us feeling frustrated and deeply disappointed.
I strongly advise Abuts to reconsider their hiring practices and bring in staff who are capable of treating customers with basic politeness and professionalism. Until then, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

This has got to be the worst Boots I have ever been to. The shelves are constantly bare, they never have what you?ve gone in for, the staff are rude and incompetent so don?t waste your time and just go to Superdrug
