It was a bit chaotic in terms of layout and this branch does not stock the Adblu - which you cannot find out without visiting. The website doesn?t say what is stocked where and you can?t phone to find out. VERY ANNOYING!

I have witnessed the expired crisps on the shelf in the b and m hemel hempstead and it was not accidentally there but purposely was on the shelf as no one knows what is the expiry date of the product and unfortunately I also had chicken thyme roast flavour and sweet chilli but after finishing both the packets of the walkers crisps and while throwing out the bag I just saw the date but crisps was OK and nothing happened to me as I am very sure that they are doing well but I recommend people to check expiry dates as I had experienced this activity in the other shops like pound stretcher of hemel hempstead and etc etc ?fortunately went after a week and still there even informed the staff about it but luckily I am very sure that will not be ready to go

Amazing value store but unfortunately yesterday I bought walker crisps pack 2 for 3.25 very good offer but both were expired and I have no idea about it
As I didn't check the date and consumed it and unfortunately nothing happened yet but again I went to the shop and I was just wondering why no one took the crisps as they were still in there at different positions and two racks and I thought something would be fishy and took a few more and wait for my carer to pick up me and then I just accidentally looked at the dates by chance and it was expired and purposely doing it all the time and I am a stroke survivor but shameful way of doing it

TARA from B&M Hemel Hempstead, sets a very poor example of customer service. Her attitude is self-sufficient, very rude, who speaks down to customers. I had a really bad experience twice with this lady, different days. I'm never shopping there again!

Previous store was better and better layout hard to find staff and seems as if they always says it's cos we are a small store we don't have it in stock try the bigger store but I don't want to drive 35mins away into a different town

Love shopping in B & M store, there is so much to look at, I could easily spend an hour or more looking around, give it a try you won't be disappointed
