Free parking, we'll spaced out hardware store. Not always the cheapest but very convenient as they have just about most of the things you need for home DIY jobs. We've just moved into a new place as have done many trips there to get some items with a range of quality depending what you looking for. Also trolleys available to take heavy items aswell as wheel chair access as everything is on one level

We had a return/exchange which was a bit tricky to resolve as it was ordered online, however Gary called for a manager to assist and along came Lewis. Well, fantastic, with a lot and I mean a lot, of keystrokes the situation was resolved. Thank you both very much for your excellent customer service.

I went to B&Q in Hemel Hempstead today, specifically to buy plants for hanging baskets and I cannot stress enough. How pleasant and helpful all the staff were. Thank you so much

I?m so confused with the positive reviews. I went last Sunday and it was horrendous! The plant selection was basic and half dead. There were no staff around to help you on the shop floor. The self checkouts are a nightmare when you?ve got bad back and a 1 year old in tow! No staff to help you! No barcodes on items then when a staff member did arrive, she didn?t know where the items were so I had to give directions. Stressful

I've been to many B&Qs in my lifetime. This was by far the best. Andrew, helped us to answer some paint related questions, he was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend this branch.

One of the best B&Q branch I have visited. When I walked in straight away a young friendly lady asked me if I needed any help and directed me to the right section. Normally in most B&Q branches you have to walk for around the whole store to look for available staff. I will definitely go to this branch from now on

Kate in paint in the hemel store really went above and beyond to help me match the sample of paint I brought in to mix up a bathroom paint to get as closer match as possible.
She also took the time to take me to aisles to get the other products I needed and advised on the 3 for 2 deal.
Excellent customer service that is rare these days. Thankyou again Kate who was also supported by her manager Rob.

Sopnis overpriced to anywere else and to make it worse the atitude of the staff stinks.
If dont like your job and it has that effect on your well being.
Leave.
Dont take your sad life out on others.
Some very sad people work here.
Speaks volumes about how the company must treat them.
