Would not recommend shopping online with this store as this store always give you food that goes out of date the next day. I ordered chicken with my online food shop on 3 different occasions and all 3 times they have gone out of day the next day. Also never have what I ordered aswell. My most recent shop I made, they didn't have £25 worth of the food this is very frustrating especially i have 3 kids to feed. Also another thing I would like to add that I dont appreciate going into the store and certain staff looking in the shopping bag and making me feeling like I have done something wrong.

Can't speak too highly of the Store. As a disabled customer who uses a mobility scooter its not always easy to access items out of reach. But I only have to ask any one of the staff on duty and they will help me.
When it comes to paying in the self service paying area they will always pack my carrier bag and help me place it on my scooter safely.
There are often special offers which is also a bonus.

Not bad for a small Asda, very local to where my mum lives so can always walk over there to get a snack etc. Staff are pretty friendly & helpful too.

Not a very big store, but it has everything you need. Well stocked, friendly staff, quick to go through check-out. Limited car parking. But not alot of disabled parking.

I recently got a parking ticket because I wasn?t aware that the free parking time had been reduced to one hour. No one at the store informed me about this change, and I didn?t notice any clear signage. I'm so disappointed, and as a result, I will not be shopping at Asda in Hemel Hempstead anymore. Well done to the manager or to those responsible for the parking.

This is only a small Asda store where you can buy everyday items......l needed to use their ladies cloakroom and l was so pleasantly surprised...spotlessly clean,smelled very fresh with blue water in the toilet bowl.....well done asda....on the other hand,apparently the gents toilets were not so clean hence 4 stars not 5

Avoid that store! They secretly changed the free parking time from 2 to 1 hour and sent customers fine after a few weeks.

Ridiculous that parking is now 1 hour. I'd rather go up the road to Aldi and not have to rush doing my shopping . So long Asda won't be returning any time soon.

Sorry asda but after today 1 star is too much! Today between me, my brother and sister spent £250 between us. My sister got home today to find that she has been find £60 for being over an hour. Come on asda we shop there every Saturday always spending nearly£300 with our shopping put together sort this out, absolutely disgusting. Look after your regulars!?

This Asda has gone downhill in recent months. The parking restriction of 1hr does mean I shop for less there now as I wouldn't want to incur a penalty charge. Also, there are so many cages being used across the store to replenish the shelves (something which I am sure use to be done overnight but not now) and the pickers for click and collect, that it's busier than the car park. I feel sorry for the shop floor staff who, no doubt, have to follow orders. Hopefully the store will notice the drop in customers and do something positive for us shoppers. I also notice that positive comments about parking some 6 months ago (when it was 2hrs), produced a response from the store, but no response to the more recent negative reviews. I wonder why?

Since asda changed to one hour
Parking recently even for disabled shoppers it's not enough time do a weekly shop.we now shop in tesco where we are appreciated.
