Aldi is fine for basic shopping. I don?t like queuing at the tills but thank heavens they do not have any self service tills.

Aldi & Lidl's in Watford are in close vicinity of each other. Which gives the customer more to choose from

Local Aldi, decent amount of parking spaces and they schedule the tills very well, despite only being a few checkouts you don?t have to wait too long and they are dynamic with the tills to operate efficiently, they however would definitely benefit from a self scan option like nearby supermarkets

Low prices on groceries, drinks, personal products and a miriad of special offer priced goods. Clean shop and freindly staff. Even a clean customer toilet in store.

Very uneven stocking up. Been out of the single tray cat food (their only high protein, no sugar cat food) for well over 6 weeks now which my cat relies on (sensitive gut). I contacted customer service on FB and was promised twice it would be looked into but no change. Instead they suggested I talk to the manager of the store, which is essentially me doing their job. I don't feel comfortable being a 'karen' that demands to see the manager and I don't grasp why it can't be sorted through their internal contacts. Very disappointed. I have no car and can't make it to other Aldi's. Extremely stressful situation for my cat and poor assistance.
Their indifference is also surprising: it should be in their own interest to keep a popular product on the shelf and fix it if there is a problem.

I went shopping in Aldi on Friday, I was struggling with my shopping. Toni who was working on the checkouts not only put my shopping through the checkout, she got me a trolley so I could get my shopping to my car. Toni was extremely helpful. Thank you Toni! Xx

Small, busy Aldi, however I have it say the staff are great, always filling the shelves, always tidy, and when the queues get bigger they do open extra tills... Overall great store
