Couldn't have been easier. Reserved a book online foe click and collect that I couldn't get anywhere else. Emailed me within less than an hour to say it was ready. Staff were very polite and helpful when I went to pick it up

My son & I love this place. We visit regularly, the staff are warm and friendly and always available for advice & help. We have gotten to know their names & always feel welcome. It has a wide selection & always clean and tidy. I wish they still had chairs but I think that choice is out of their hands. 10 out of 10 from us. We really enjoy a visit

Unfriendly staff who don't even speak. Lots of mess under the tables even at a very quiet time so no excuse. And no table service as the table number indicators have been removed from the self order machines. Not a nice experience.

Large book shop.
Good books choice and plenty of space.
Always quite and nice place to step into.
Needs (IMO) to offer seating area and maybe even coffee options and it would be perfect for those who are not excited by the clothing shop endless walk....

Really helpful staff - found me the books I was looking for, and suggested other purchases too. Very happy to give a small refund when the in-store price didn't match the online price.

Really friendly customer service. They readily answer any questions, and endeavour to help you find something you are searching for. Beyond books, the shop itself has a nice selection of fun gift ideas, toys, cards and gift wrap.
