Always a great experience at this store. The staff are very friendly and helpful at the tills, and the store is clean, tidy, and well stocked. It?s easy to navigate with wide aisles and plenty of great items and bargains if you have the time to browse ?

Rude & arrogant security , refused entry with an assistance dog . Every other shop in the Galleria were happy with our presence !!!

Worst service ever. Especially the manager of the store Emily shows very bad attitude towards customers. She doesn?t follow the rules and been shouting at customers. I went from a long distance for click and collect and the email says show text and ID but it didn?t say PHYSICAL ID. She was reluctant to accept my digital ID which has my photo personal details everything and I said Im happy write a consent from the tk Maxx account through which I ordered the item.
As such TKMaxx is a great store with nice collection all the time but this store and the manager has worse behaviour towards customers.

All roundedly a decent store. Just not the biggest. Has a great selection of sale items, as a Spooky mum it's nice to find some halloween bargains months later!

Some really great things at this TK Maxx! It?s huge! We found food items, a lovely rug, plant pots, some clothing, and home items. They really had everything - so many candles too!!
