Just a bit hit and miss when they're going to be open. Want to drop some clothes off at 905...closed...I take it back. By the time I finished the review they were open. These guys are always really nice and helpful. I guess I come at end or beginning of the day times and just expect the shutters to be open.

Andy got me out of a bad situation today! Snapped my car key in half and was stuck unable to move the car. Walked down to timpsons from the other side of hatfield. Andy had a look and cut a new key for me. Even giving me a lift back to my car to check it worked. Which it did! Can't be happier with the service I received.

When the kiosk is open then its great...have had several pairs of shoes re-heeled or soled here. Marked down as have found it regularly closed in recent months. Possibly a shortage of staff cover.

Did a great job on two pairs of old faithfuls. The sales assistant looked at one pair of boots and said he wasn't happy with the heels previously put on by Timpson, so he changed them. I've worn one pair of boots a once and found the sole has split at the side, and it wasn't like that before I took them, so I'm very disappointed.

I went to make copies of the keys but they made it wrong 4th times. When I asked for a refund suddenly he felt offended and behaving rude.

Close stores, ignore emails. Bought several batteries for life. My local store and the next nearest now closed. Emailed them to ask what will happen now stores are closed and several weeks later still no reply.....
