ZERO STARS.My experience here left a deeply bitter taste, and I genuinely feel as though I've been had.Their Returns Policy - will refund or exchange if you have have a receipt and if the product you're returning hasn't been opened. Fine. But there's nuance to this story.I pop into the Hatfield branch. I choose an aftershave - a trusted brand. Shadia now turns on the hard sell. Before you go, try Ikon. Their fragrances are good quality and last a long time. One of them even smells like Creed but is a fraction of the price. Why so cheap, I ask? Because it's not a brand. Buy this and you won't regret it. Ok. As well as the branded aftershave, I take two small bottles - the Creed replica and another scent from Ikon.- Receipt. I give her my email for the receipt. But it doesn't come through. Check junk and nothing. I ask for a paper receipt and am told that I should receive the email - it just sometimes takes a while. So I trust her and I leave.I get home. Try both fragrances and they're just not as advertised. Terribly synthetic smell that gets worse as it settles. One of them gave me a rash.I decide to keep the branded fragrance and take back the two Ikon bottles. 50 quid is still 50 quid. I return a week later and she recognises me. I have no receipt and the two bottles have been opened.Now, I have no receipt because the receipt you promised would come through did not come through. And how was I supposed to know that the fragrances you talked me into buying would give me a rash without opening and trying them?Terrible experience - and one I'll just take on the chin. But I learned a few lessons.1) Insist on a receipt - and if they don't provide paper receipts and instead send by email - do not leave the shop until it's in your inbox. Don't trust the people serving you.2) If you want Creed, buy Creed.3) When you try a fragrance, get a sample. Shadia sold me two scents that seemed fine on the little strip that she sprayed them on but were disgustingly synthetic as it settled on skin.4) Stick to what you know and the brands and scents you know - otherwise you'll end up 50 quid out of pocket for a fragrance you won't and can't use. Thanks Shadia.So, 1) Had I received your receipt as promised, I would've had a receipt.2) How was I to know I'd get a skin rash without opening and trying?

I dont know the tall guy?s name, but he sure knows how to describe perfumes. professional bro indeed!We bought eventually 2 mens perfumes from wembley fragrance shop branch couple of hours after but only thanks to him!

Excellent service from the ladies! I usually visit the Watford store but the service levels had dropped massively, which resulted in me visiting this branch at The Galleria. It was such a pleasant experience and I will be back for more perfumes! Highly recommended to anyone who needs help finding their next fragrance!

Bought today Givenchy for men, and opium black for myself. Lady put wrong givenchy in the bag!!! Saw it just at home. Shame Because we not local.

Walked in on a odd occasion and just enquires about a few fragrances. Advisor was very pleasant and helpful, and they also advised us of the Hatfield Discount card which was nice of them. Was a nice experience - no negatives on this occasion.

Ordered a Christmas present and was delivered in a box that's covered in perfume bottles and the name of the shop in bold letters. Hardly a surprise for my partner now who was there when i signed for it. What happened to plain boxes???????

Got great deal on black friday cheaper than online deals. Friendly staff will order in perfume if they haven't got it in. Always go there first.
