Shop needs to be bigger as it can get a bit close on busy days. Also a hazard as when i pushed door in to open I nearly crushed a member of staff crouching down behind the door stacking products on the lowest shelf.

Pay at pump or kiosk available. Can be very busy at times Staff are friendly. Small little shop inside with basics.

Welwyn garden city Tesco fuel station server claimed she was manager refused to accept my gift cards / vouchers as I could be a scammer. As a single dad I have to budget hard each month and I buy the gift cards at the start of the month to get my luck every day working driving about the country. Hungry, insulted, acused. Misandry really ruins ur week. Thanks Beverly. Never an issue at any other Tesco station over the years. Just this one.

Monday 9:50pm they unexpectedly close leaving those who know it?s 24hr pay at pump stuck with no close stations to go to terrible customer service?. No explanation as to why the early close just and I quote? We are just closing?

Must highly commend Tesco's staff who managed the high demand for fuel last evening at their Hatfield store. The queue of cars in two or three directions - this is a big store - was organised and well directed. It was not easy to accomplish, but Tesco's people were politely efficient and friendly. A big pat on the back is truly deserved to all involved.
