It?s a small store, but it?s often very well stocked with items I can?t usually find in other Superdrug locations. The staff seem friendly, but the shop is clearly understaffed, and there?s almost always a queue.

Chelsea was very helpful by asking if I had a student discount, and setting me up with a Superdrug membership straight away! She also explained how the membership will benefit me on a regular basis. Great experience all around with helpful staff directing me to the products I needed.

My review is about a very polite, happy sales assistant named Stephanie. Approachable, helpful, kind and very knowledgeable, especially with makeup. Even though Stephanie was busy with stock she couldn't do enough to assist me when I needed help with certain products. It's something you don't usually experience with shop assistants. She is a credit to Superdrug and I hope she is appreciated and valued by her Manager. Thanks again Stephanie.

I had a very bad experience with superdrug hatfield outlet, i am frequent buyer, i even bought 2 items for myself and i was about to checkout one lady called varsha she is a worker in the same outlet she was very rude, i only asked her about my membership card that i didn't bring it to the store can you please go forward with my mail id, she replied in a rude way, i immediately step out of the store,Please take a Strick action.

Wrost superdrug store ever, i have experienced multiple time.. Staff is very rude and misguid thr customer.

Queue had about 10 people in it and only one person at the till who kept calling on the headset but the 2 other colleagues at the back didn't come for about 5 minutes they where both talking and didn't even look like there where walking. Masks where not warn correctly and just sitting on the till assistants neck. The shop it's self is a normal small superdrug and wasn't to bad, just let down by poor staff.

It?s a small store but has a good variety of items, usually well organised, however, the queues are very long with one person calling for help while staff walk by and don?t assist no practice of social distancing in the store either and it can get very crowded.
