I bought a pair of trainers today from probably the worst branch I have ever been in. There was no staff around to serve you, and when I did finally find someone, they seemed very unhappy I disturbed them...very unhelpful when you consider I have a walking stick due to health issues and I had to walk up and down the store for service...really gone downhill, let's face it if you don't like your job then leave, don't take it out on the customer if you think your life is so bad

Good store, but poor service. No one helps you get your shoe size. Afterward, the staff doesn't greet you or help to you. Rude staff. Manager should review your staff.

Very rude manager! Refused to exchange or refund my son?s shoes- after 3times of wearing them and not even month after purchasing them -the shoes are breaking! Unbelievable attitude towards customers. Very disappointing!

Customer service is rubbish. Credit notes only for returns. Rubbish..once they have got your money, no care in the world. Hatfield store staff grumpy and rude.

Needed size 6 football boots for my daughter, walked in at closing time desperate. All 3 members of staff on duty assisted without any hesitation, when they could have just told me to go away as they were closed. If staff have an appraisal, then I would highly recommend as they went above and beyond for this stressed out dad.

Had an awful experience with a worker called holly. Bought small trousers and somehow she?s given me an xl pair!! And to make things worse she wouldn?t even swap it out. This worker is soo rude. On top of that saw her fully ignore a foreign couple because there English was not very good

Very rude store manager, refused refund for faulty shoes accusing my son of improperly putting shoes on. He was not willing to provide hia name when asked.

On Friday around 6:30PM visited this store, I don?t know the employee who is working in sports direct but he is a Chinese guy - We asked him to show the flip-flops sizes and with his very rude behaviour he was helpless and when we are searching around all the stock and taking each product he came and said to us to put back all the stuff in the place they are with his rudeness showing disrespectful behaviour towards the customer then we asked to call the store manager to talk regarding this he walked out from the place and no response. Is this the way u treat the people to customers???

Feel really sorry for some of the staff here who are lovely and helpful, because unfortunately some of the colleagues at best have a massive case of CBA, or are just plain rude. The 'click and collect' is a joke, because you pay your five quid and it relies on the store checking it in, so you get the notification to pick it up. When they can't be bothered it just sits in the store cupboard gathering dust. There are better Sports Direct stores around.

The manager was very rude to my parents, who are foreigners. I have been living in this country for 11 years. And it is very sad that people who are contributing and they are customer as everyone else, they don't deserve to be treated like that! Very disappointing!
