I bought a pair of trainers today from probably the worst branch I have ever been in. There was no staff around to serve you, and when I did finally find someone, they seemed very unhappy I disturbed them...very unhelpful when you consider I have a walking stick due to health issues and I had to walk up and down the store... read full comment

Good store, but poor service. No one helps you get your shoe size. Afterward, the staff doesn't greet you or help to you. Rude staff. Manager should review your staff.

Very rude manager! Refused to exchange or refund my son’s shoes- after 3times of wearing them and not even month after purchasing them -the shoes are breaking! Unbelievable attitude towards customers. Very disappointing!
