Awful Opticians. Service and quality poor and rushed. Even when you say vision blurred and worse with new glasses, told try them for a fortnight. Phone ringing in the shop unanswered. Avoid and go to an Independant. Premium prices budget quality and service.

Went here for my first eye check- up as a freshly post 18 autistic kid. Staff were mostly super nice. Unfortunately however, one particular staff member was a bit difficult to speak to and misled me into needing into buyin specsavers frames, and didn't even give me my prescription, luckily my mum was able to help me sort it and the director was super helpful but whether intentional or not, I feel that was manipulative by omission of my options, especially since I explicitly asked if I could use my old frames and have them re-glazed and was directly told no by the employee, who should have informed me of my options. Particilarly so since im young so I would have appreciated clear communication so I knew my options, being that I could have my prescription given to me and have my glasses re-glazed elsewhere. Later, he even fought with my mum over the phone which was plainly unproffessional. Like I say though all the other staff members were rlly nice and the director helped me get my refund same day as well as providing my prescription details.

Hartford Hatfield Specsavers is very good at their job. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Help help you pick your glasses if you don?t know what you want.
