Went to post item at 8.30 and postmaster was very huffy & off hand. Although shop was empty and he had facility to serve me at that time he wanted me to know that 9am was his preferred time and he was reluctantly doing me a favour. Took my business elsewhere and won't be returning.

Birchwood Post Office is a great asset to the community. Friendly and helpful, so handy to pick up parcels rather than going to the sorting office. Nice to pop in with the children to get some little sweeties too
