Very bad behavior with customers I don't come again

Visited today after a trip to the theatre in Hertford, we rarely go to pizza express but thought we'd try it out for once. The greeting at the door was warm and we were sat down promptly. Came in on a Thursday evening with my 10yr old. Took order (asked for it all to be cooked right away as we were in a rush) fine, got dough balls in 3 mins from ordering. Then nothing asked about where our meals were (mind you only 5 tables in the whole restaurant so dead), about 25 mins later… watched as kitchen realised... read full comment
