This review is for the wonderful Lorinda. I have had the pleasure of seeing her regularly over around 4-5 years. Always cheerful, helpful and I take for granted that she will be there. Some of the newer, younger staff lack her knowledge and professionalism. My pups have always loved having a fuss and a cuddle with her. I hope the company realise what a gem she is and I hope she continues to reflect this in her new post/store. We will certainly miss her. All the best Lorinda. Maybe we'll see you in Bedford :)

The petting experience here was lovely. The children could hold a few animals, learnt about how to care for them and were given a certificate and box of activities to take home. My daughter loved it!

Absolutely brilliant the groomers are amazing and i will definitely take my little boy bobbins again, he was scared because it was his first time going there and they were brilliant with him the staff were really polite and they are really helpful

Vet service was awful. Our dog went through lots of tests on his heart at great expense. All they said was they think it might be this or that but we need to see the royal veterinary college for a more detailed diagnosis. What a waste of time and money for us and a huge amount of pain and distress for our dog

We love it here! All the staff are super helpful (especially Lorinda who has been great with every random question I have each time!) and the app is really useful aswell. Great treats for the pups too!

Our (very excitable) 4 month old puppy had a half-price puppy groom yesterday - using the pets at home app voucher.
Very professionally done. She came out looking lovely & still excited. Not stressed at all.
