Ordered from Uber eats called Korea town, didn?t get two of our dishes instead we got a burrito that was horrible, took 10 minutes to found out it was Peri peri. Called them up to tell them about the mistake, instead we had a lot of back and forward as the person couldn?t understand what happened, to then have the person say I need to apply for a refund through uber and then the next time I order I should leave a note about the refund. Horrible experience won?t order again from them. Not helpful at all.

A shady restaurant , one of the worst places to eat in hatfield ? hygeine level 0 , customer dealing 0 , food quality 0 ? a simple order takes 30 min atleast ? because atleast 15 ghost restaurants are operating under one roof

Order food on uber eats for it to arrive completely unedible the max burger I ordered and arrived freezing cold along with the onion rings which tasted like they had been sitting on the side all
Day. The chicken wings the batter was rock hard aswell as the batter on the burger which subsequently nearly chipped my tooth whoever fried that can?t cook an egg and needs the sack. Glad I didn?t bother with the chips they would have Definitely came cold and soggy dog wouldn?t have had it ! give you zero stars if I could. Oh well least the foxes are getting fed tonight if they?ll even have it !!!! Don?t even get me started on the onion rings looked absolutely lifeless no crunch no crisp not worth calories the lot of it

It?s exactly what it?s supposed to be a fast food place. Do not get discouraged by the interia, definitely a lot could be done to improve the looks, but the food is ORIGINAL and DELICIOUS! Guys in here are always busy preparing the orders for people inside and loads for deliveries. If it?s busy it tells you something ? Peri peri chicken and Meat and chips kebab are amazing!

Absolutely disgusting watched the giy pan fry what must of been yesterday's chicken donner 10 mins. Asked for cheese on the kabab got two fake cheese slices. The chips were clearly double fried as hollow and full of oli. The chicken kabab was solid hard like eating a curly wirly. Absolutely rank avoid honestly worst kebab I've ever eaten and 8.99 is a joke

My friend ordered 1 min before me he got it after 20 mins then I had to wait another 30 mins to get the food so total 50 mins. They have shit service and average food.

Maybe they deserved 5 stars right after opening. Today it's dirty there and the customer seats are destroyed. There's dirt everywhere, there's dust on the shelf where they keep the takeaway trays, the glass at the checkout remembers the Covid times and was probably last washed then. Chicken strips should be made from tenderloin, but it was just cut chicken breast. Couriers enter the kitchen area in their dirty jackets. Mango lime sauce? I don't know what it was made of, but it didn't taste like that, it was artificial. I'm not giving one star, because the wings, surprisingly, were well grilled and quite good. Salad? Big pieces as if someone had chopped them with an axe. Generally, I won't go there again and I will never order anything from there.
