my son uses this service with no problems...but lives around London. They do not deliver in North East. They say they do but refuse to tell me where in the North east they actually do deliver to!!

I have nothing but praise for Ocado!I have prebooked deliveries every week and these are always delivered within the 2 hour chosen slotThere are never missing items that I haven't been informed about and substitutes recommended, this has happened a couple of times in 4 years!!! They are an unbelievably efficient company and I have nothing but praise for the company and their efficient, friendly helpful drivers and staffWhoever has posted the other unhelpful posts have been extremely unlucky

Waste of time the online service. Second order in a row running over an hour late. And it will be the last. Avoid at all cost.

Love it. Can book delivery last minute. No last minute missing items or substitutes. Everything in bags and ready to handover. Deliveries on time. Great customer service. Excellent delivery fees which is the best thing - £0 or £0.99. Lovely vans (and van names). My family and I all use Ocado now especially since Ocado started working with M&S. Saves me having to carry bags of M&S juices. Thank you!

Cancelled order the night before an event and left with no food for it. Customer service is disgusting with them taking no responsibility.
