Free delivery on all orders. It?s their wording not mine. Until you get to the checkout and they have made you subscribe, then you get told it?s not free delivery it?s £5.99 and because there is an * by the free delivery mark you have to read all there terms and conditions. Avoid this company there is a nasty smell about the way they do business, very untrustworthy . It should read FREE DELIVERY ON SOME THINGS. So glad I didn?t buy from here

Placed £450 order 10 days ago because price was lowest by £25 ..nothing but stress, hassle and still no resolution in sight. Parcel tracking immediately appeared as "delayed" and the 28kg item has been "misplaced"??I've also had to complete a delivery disclaimer form. Cowboy outfit! AVOID!!

Ordered a Dewalt compound mitre saw and kept it in its box until we needed it in a couple of weeks time, no damage to the box so opening it to check for damage wasnt a thought, opened it to reveal the entire casing was cracked. sent this to customer relations who didnt want to hear about it as it was outside their 10 day returns policy.

Terrible story, everyone should read it!We tried to contact the store more than 5 times in a span of more than one month! NO RESPONSE YET!We are trying to connect with the mytoolshed.co.uk through their email that it is for customer support in order to get our money back because the item that we've purchased has not been delivered for more than one month and we still do not receive any response!ORDER 000840530.Here is the timeline of the situation, screenshots are attached in the file sections.1. 13 Dec 2021 - 1st attempt to contact them via email with no response yet as of Jan 17 2022.2. 20 Dec 2021 - 2nd attempt to reach the store, this time I've tried several different options for the emails to reach the. Still not success.3. 30 Dec 2021 - 3rd attempt to reach the store, this time I've tried to Reply to their automated email when the order has been shipped. No response there as well.4. Jan 5 2022 - 4th attempt. Tried to reach them again, new year - new luck. Well, nothing like that. No response still.5. Jan 12 2022 - my last 5th attempt, before 5 days.Where I've informed them if something doesn't happen until the end of the week I will show the world how are they taking care of their clients.26th November 2021 the package has been returned to the sender. Still no response from them. Today is Jan 17 2022.If nothing happens until the end of the month of Jan we will take further steps in solving this issue.Stay away from this seller!Ian

Very poor service/systems. Item was in stock, I ordered and paid for it, expecting next day delivery. 3 days later no delivery and no message from My Tool Shed. I contact them to be told, "unfortunately item not in stock... and i will be arranging for a refund" . Outrageous that money has been taken. I won't use again

The item I purchased was defective. After arranging collection for a replacement, I have not heard back from the company, they have received the broken item back, they haven't refunded, replaced or contacted to explain the situation.I have sent emails but no one has ever answered.Months later, I'm still without my item and without a refund.

After arranging collection for a replacement almost 1 month ago, I have not heard back from the company, they have received the broken item back, they haven't refunded, replaced or contacted to explain the situation.I have sent 4 emails and have called daily for three weeks, no one has ever answered the customer help number and no email has been responded to.Terrible after sales care. I'm still without my item and without a refund.

Received a broken Milwaukee sander from them which I sent back and after 2 months they're now saying there's no problem with the item and it needs to be returned at my companies own expense. Take ages to respond and don't answer the phone.

Spent £1000 with them for a new DeWalt mitre saw.When unpackaged later i found out one of the flexvolt batteries was a dud.Have contacted them and 1 week later now and im still in the dark as to when im getting my replacement battery.Only having one battery for a battery chop saw is seriously hindering my progress on siteUse FFX, powertoolworld, its.My Tool Shed seem to be un interested now theyve had my money.

BE WARNED! Check your item carefully as soon as it?s receivedBought a Dewalt Tstak trolley set as a Christmas present and wrapped it on arrival (no damage evident to the outer box) when it was taken out of the box on Christmas Day found a corner of the plastic had been broken in transit - we immediately emailed My Tool Shed with a photo of the damage. They have refused to replace the item even though it?s within the 30 day return window as they are saying you only have 10 days to notify any damage. Item had no packaging or protection whatsoever other than the outer box. Really disappointed with their customer service especially as it was a presentPoor service ?

Dont use! Ordered Makita 18v angle grinder, they sent the wrong cheaper spec model. Thats the first issue. This wrong item was also sent in a unbranded used brown box and was not secure for delivery, not exactly what was expected of a brand new tool. Thats the second issue. Finally they dont pick up their phone to even try get it resolved. They obviously have no sense of quality control or customer service. Issue on going.....

Wish I read the reviews, I have no idea why google has rated this company 96%. Orderd 5 days ago, just recieved an email saying they were sending it. I do not dare call the phone lines after reading the reviews. To ask how long it will be. Also the payment system is VERY dodgy.
