Top quality service. I have visited Hatfield Moss a number of times now and the quality of service I receive has always been top notch. Ali and Mehdi are particular stand outs and couldn't do more for you. Very professional. Added bonus it is an outlet so you get the same stuff but cheaper!

Avoid this place !!
Customer Service Staff do not know their elbows from their earholes and shop staff are only interested in selling and increasing revenue.
I ordered 5 items in store and they were supposed to get delivered to me.
2 items arrived. I complained and Cust Service staff said they can't help because all 5 were sent together based on the weight of the package. According to them it was all delivered as one package.
Then, a week later another two of the missing items arrived. Im still missing a waistcoat and the Cust Service staff have no clue where that is. Store staff blame CS and CS are left scratching their heads.
Bizarre, clueless and unhelpful!

Went to your Hatfield Galleria store on Sunday and hired a dinner suit for a function I?m attending on Saturday, I paid extra for a special delivery as was leaving Friday morning. I was assured that the suit would be ready to pick up on Wednesday, the 1st of January, I reminded the guy that it was bank holiday and he said it wouldn?t make any difference as they were open as normal, I arranged to pick up the suit on Thursday and waited all day for their call and as I didn?t hear anything. I called them at 2 pm to be told the suit hadn?t arrived but it was on its way, I said again that I needed it that day as I was travelling on Friday morning to my function, I rang again at 5pm and all the guy would say was it was bank holiday this week so the delivery company are behind although when paying and booking for the hire I was told this wouldn?t make any difference, he said It couldn?t be helped but assured me it would be in the store on Friday. I reminded him again that I needed the suit as I was travelling Friday morning and he said there was nothing he could do. I called him again this morning And was told the suit was on its way. They called me at 1pm to say that it had arrived, I went to the store for a fitting and to my horror the trousers were too small and the shirt was a casual not formal one and the jacket looked like an old dish rag. Obviously fuming all they could offer me was a refund of what I?ve spent and I could put it towards a new suit. They wasn?t interested that they ruined my day and I was still without a suit again he told me that he could sell me a brand new suit When I said I wasn?t going to spend any more money. He just gave me a refund. I?ve been in business for 40 years. I would never dream of treating a customer like this. Moss suit hire you are a disgrace and I would never use you again thanks again for ruining my weekend.

I went into the Moss Bros store at Hatfield Galleria today and Ali (Deputy Manager) provided great customer service. Thank you Ali for your patience, time, and recommendations whilst making my suit selection and matching other accessories. Keep it up.

Just a quick thank you for the excellent level of customer service I received from the team at the Hatfield Galleria branch this morning.While looking for a dinner suit, I found Harjeet, Carla and Reza all to have very pleasant, friendly, helpful and happy demeanor's, what a great team.I had an enjoyable relaxing shopping experience there and would highly recommend anyone looking for a suit to give them a try.

Would give 0 stars if possible, wish I had listened to the other reviews before visiting. Terrible and rude service from the manager. We told him we were here for a wedding hire and he took us straight to the custom made, rambling on trying to hard sell us and when we said we wanted to hire he was not interested anymore, quickly showed us the hire suits then took us back to the custom, trying to get us to pick a fabric. Then because we weren?t looking interested in custom he said my boyfriend would HAVE to get one custom because of his height (6?4) which we knew wouldn?t be true. We made a swift exit and decided to visit the Watford store and thank god the staff there were helpful, friendly and informative and surprise surprise we didn?t HAVE to get a custom made! So if you want to visit moss bros, go anywhere but here

The middle aged Iranian man (I believe) isVery rude, doesn?t help and ignores customers who may seem like they are not buying based on what I was wearing (yes I visited in casual clothing). Little do you know I went to another store and you lost on many sales.

Unfortunately, one of your staff members, a middle-aged man (the manager), displayed unprofessional behavior by openly judging and laughing based on clothing choices. As a long-time loyal customer, this experience was both humiliating and disappointing. I believe it?s crucial for your team to prioritize respectful and inclusive customer interactions to maintain a positive atmosphere in the store.

I go there regularly every 3 month.Never had a sales person ask to help me.I have noticed that the staff approaches the public based on appearance or a certain look (I am not going to mention names here).The staff don't know suits and fabric .They walk around with a tape measure like a tailor.The sale items aren't what they use to be.You will find better prices on their website.
