I go there regularly every 3 month.Never had a sales person ask to help me.I have noticed that the staff approaches the public based on appearance or a certain look (I am not going to mention names here).The staff don't know suits and fabric .They walk around with a tape measure like a tailor.The sale items aren't what they use to be.You will find better prices on their website.

Awful customer service. I am 18 years of age and at the time I was wearing my gym gear. (Judged a book by its cover and not treating me with respect). I wanted to make an exchange since a top I bought had a small tear in it. I was not taken seriously. The manager couldn?t even look at me when I was speaking to him. Just carried on hanging clothes whilst looking away from me whilst I try and speak to him.I was told that they would not do the exchange since they could not comprehend their being a factory issue. The manager tried telling me that they would have seen the tear on the top so I told him to fold the shirt how it would?ve looked on the shopfront, and to our surprise the way the shirt is folded, the tear isn?t visible; then the manager had no response to this. He tried claiming that I had worn and washed it already despite this NOT being the case at all. Moss bros return policies were updated 11/04/2023. My situation was perfectly aligned with the return policies and I schooled them on their own policies which they weren?t up to date with. This then lead to them giving in and offering an exchange. Overall the experience was awful. Shocking customer service from both Managers. The younger staff were very polite and professional.

Good place to get a customised suit at a decent price. Most of the staff are friendly, however the manager has an attitude problem and wouldn't really go back due to this. Please be kinder to your staff and also customers.

Suits, very nice. Sizing, fit well.My 1 star was due to the guy in the red shirt serving me today 11/08/22 Thursday night. Rude, dismissive, unhelpful when I asked for assistance with the fit and more interested in abruptly telling people they would close soon. Not the way to treat your customers.

Where do i start? if i could give you 0 stars that would be fitted! Daniel who the original booking was made with was great friendly and very professional. The manager now you are a complete disgrace to your profession. Rude, arrogant and a complete amateur.. i hired 6 wedding suits (ted baker) every single suit had some issue with sizing. Some trousers ordered being completely the wrong size. For alot of grooms this is one of the things that makes a wedding special. Now i have to look at my wedding pictures with the sizing of my suit especially being miles to big!! When my father returned the suits today and gave the store this feedback today the staff huffed and puffed and then an empty apology. I didn't expect anything in return but a decent apology.. my advise to anyone avoid moss bros for your needs. Not trust worthy and the service received disgusting.

Guy tries to pick out smaller sizes for me of my suit for some reason telling me to try on the smaller sizes that didn?t fit and demanded us for our emails when I told him I didn?t want to and then said oh it?s not working it?s fine like rude as.
