Always an enormous queue at this drive thru they need to adapt to make the queue quicker and effective. Unfortunately can mess up orders due to time pressures.

Slowest drive through I?ve used, it will easily take 30 mins to get your food with 6-7 cars in the queue. Food is always fine once it arrives though.

Disappointing experience at McDonald's drive-thru. Long delay in service, had to wait in the parking lot. Also, hand tissues were missing from the package, requiring an extra trip to the counter. Room for improvement

Absolute joke. Ordered through their mcdelivery nonsense which is handled by Uber. Order came incomplete and there isn't even a customer service helpline to rectify any issues. The mcApp took 10 mins automated messages to tell me to call Uber which also wouldn't connect. Nobody answered at the restaurant. Biggest company in the world can't even offer customer service, so bad

Unacceptable Treatment at McDonald's Galleria Hatfield
I have been facing a recurring issue at this location for nearly a month now, and it has become incredibly frustrating. One particular employee?a bearded Indian man who also takes drive-thru orders?has been deliberately delaying my order every time I come to pick it up. Even when my order is visibly ready on the table, he refuses to hand it over, making me wait unnecessarily for 45 minutes or more while giving orders to others without delay.
Most recently, on March 11, 2025, at around 12:30 PM, the same incident occurred. Despite me clearly seeing my order ready, he kept telling me, "Let me check," while continuing to serve others promptly. This behavior feels intentional and unfair, and I have no idea why he is treating me this way.
This kind of service is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with fairness and professionalism. I urge the management at McDonald?s Galleria Hatfield to take this matter seriously and ensure that all customers are treated with respect.

Asked about our food, staff and manager even did not apologised for delays, no pls or thank you, not even smile.

I don?t normally go for McDonald?s but needed something simple for lunch so we visited McDonalds. This branch is very modern compared to how I remember McDonald?s. Ordering is via the terminal or your phone app. You can either collect your food or have it delivered to you. I tried the special (BBQ Ranch Stack) and it was very nice. Would visit again.

can be a big que due too at the drive thru and parking is now limited in the carparks too 20min after this you will need to pay for parking .
parking is monitored via entry and exit cameras .
food can be just about warm at times its a risk depending on how busy they our big que food will be cold

This is one of the worst MacDonalds out there. It is a shame it is my nearest drive through. The queues are horrendous. Easily half hour wait even when seemingly that long. If it is long then forget. When you finally get to the front you can at least get you drinks but you will have to park up and wait another 10 mins for your food. Fries are always half full.
