Had them done and they have lasted 4-6 days just pinging off like nothing. Absolutely awful hated the atmosphere, the flickering lights gave me a headache!! Absolutely awful! Do not waste your money

Kim filed into my real nail when trying to file down my previous set as I was getting infills. My nail bled straight away and the only discount that she offered was £3. She said it would have been £27 but she?s charging me £24. I couldn?t even do the one that was damaged. I can?t do anything with that nail as it is severely red and damaged now. This is because she went over the same spot too much with the electric file. I don?t know how she was trained as I remember her only doing wax at another nail salon years ago so be careful or avoid. She apologised but tried to shift some of the blame saying my previous set was ?too thick?. Regardless I believe that the nail technician should know when to stop filing!

Horrible, they did put someone new to do my nails absolute disaster. It took ages to finish, they did up the price awful customer service. Waste of time and money, never going back.Service: Acrylic nails

Absolutely abysmal. Dirty supplies, the buffing block looks like it's been used 100 times as do the nail files. Nothing looks clean here. Service was rushed my nail was burnt as she was filing with e file and wasn't paying attention.Cuticles weren't even pushed back so everything was sloppy.They lifted within 3 days and were a nightmare.We spent over £100 for two of us to have nails and pedi.And under a week one popped off. They had the nerve to say it's because my nails are long. They were shortAlmond shape.They have grown out look because I had to personally clip my cuticles. I will try and Use the place further up the arcade.Services: Pedicure

Awful place! AVOID! I don?t no why I went there my feet were perfect never touch before since having them done there which I have never touch before have white spots I think they use dirty tools todo your toes with! Never again I?m so upset only went there because the other shop was too busy and this was empty (a sign)I went with a friend we got our toes done it?s been 6 months and then still my nails are not right defo avoid it?s just her and her husband and child no one is ever in there that should of been a sign ???? also paid like £40 for my toes to be forever ruin and took like 2 and half hours like others say she leaves you todo people who come in and leave you with her husband that I don?t think he?s a clue what he?s doing! please please do not ever go here!!!

Oct 22- Had my nails done by Kim this evening, for the first time. such a lovely lady who was very attentive to detail & checking I was happy. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly that. amazing service, I couldn?t fault 1 bit. I will defo be back, & I defo recommend!! Thanks Kim! Worst experience, poor service, upped price significantly but did not say. Kim messed up my nails leaving the paint wrinkly and chipped! Then refused to redo them for free, they are better than before but still not great they as each nails shape is different. Never again! Next door is way better.Service: Acrylic nails

Went to this nail salon to get my acrylics removed. My nail plates are now extremely damaged and sensitive as they scraped it off with the machine. I didn?t realise the extent of the damage until I got home. Called to request a refund but no refund or apology. The staff were lovely when I went in but this completely unacceptable.
