This is the third time that the employees at KFC have sent me an incomplete order!
What kind of customer service is this? What kind of indifference is this?
These employees' Managers are obviously up to no good either!

Vegetarian options: A bit disappointed that there wasn't original Pepsi or Coca-Cola in the offer. Only diet or no-sugar one.
And I'd like my zinger bun to be a bit bigger and less sauce. The small bun all soaked in the sauce and fell apart.
Dietary restrictions: No-sugar drinks.

Good food but filthy toilets. I've only been here 4 times but every time the toilets look like they've not been cleaned for days. I mentioned this to the nice chap at the counter but they still hadn't been cleaned when I left. Also, the restaurant area is freezing cold. I expect they probably don't want kids sitting around all day causing trouble so best to just go for the drive thru. The food was good and the staff friendly, but I wouldn't go back again to eat in, especially not with the family.

Nothing spectacular compared to other KFCs..

I was able to order food for takeaway when the place was closed for everything but drive through and was told to stand in the car queue and walk with the cars.

Ordered at 17.20 for JustEats delivery by 18.45 STILL NO driver. Branch just pass buck saying it's all down to JustEat and nothing to do with them. Appalling service by huge brand.

Just a standard meal nothing special. Service was quick and lots of parking. Extra charge for sauces and never give enough napkins!

Ive ordered food from uber eats and on live location I am seeing my rider is waiting for more than 40 mins to receive the food while the staff working inside is highly unprofessional eating rooming around treating delivery riders non seriously.
Kindly kfc management teach your staff some professional manners please.

Uber eats drivers are waiting too long you guys put us through the drive through lane customers and took so long to collect and deliver fresh food to customers and its affecting uber drivers time as well as rating. Very un professional way to deliver food

Only food that is eatable is 20 hot wings bucket. Unluckily the price is rising from £4.99 two years ago to £7.99 this year.
