We have visited twice in 2 weeks during our brief lunch hour and both times bank was closed. Google advertises it open from 9 to 3 but both times they have a scrawled hand written sign up on the door saying due to COVID we are closed between 1 and 1.30pm. Yet inside they were still serving customers!

Sorry Barclays : expected better service from you. I waited for 15 days for the bank to open and when i went to the Bank with a reference number, bank didn't accept it saying i have to close all other online banking accounts. Like seriously? What type of Rule is that ???

Queue is often very long and I have found on one example a member of staff to be very rude to me. Maybe she was just having a bad day but I do not feel that it was appropriate.
