I had a good 24 months contract with EE for a Google Pixel 5 and decided to continue with EE, this was a bad choice to make, I would advise absolutely everyone from family, friends, strangers to even refugees fresh off the boat to avoid EE and never give them a single penny.Upon obtaining my new device EE provided a faulty product the Google Pixel 7, which died after 3 months of use no damage, a single incident or minor fall plus with a screen protector front and back, it was "fixed" in their repair centre, yes no new replacement device was even offered then after another month the phone died again at which point they alleged there is a "hairline crack" on the back of the mobile and to them this constitutes not their responsibility or problem...Basically EE sold me a device with an overheating design flaw that they tried to blame on a scratch that on a piece of plastic, a scratch I didn't even produce which is likely to have occurred whilst in EE's care.Tl;dr EE will scam you with faulty mobiles but lock you j to a 24 months contract.

This is the most disgusting customer service I?ve experienced in 8 years of being a customer not ever again there are other network providers who are doing a far superior service.

While I can't fault them for their network in the UK, they changed their monthly roaming costs 2x since I joined (from £10 all the way up to £25) and even it disadvantages the customers, they won't let you leave without paying the exit penalty. Apparently it is legal,

spoke to the same woman twice and rude...(talking over me.. laughing at me.. and just not being help) on both occasions when i asked to speak to a manager as my issue couldnt be resolved.. she impersonated a manager and then dropped the call on me

If I could give EE any less i would ..ESPECIALLY there crewe branch and there branch manager "andy" be careful of this rude aggressive ill mannered liar.This guy certainly is a character,He lies to cover his own tracks and fills out forms mentioning that he has a "aggressive customer" so he looks all innocent.He is a sorry excuse for a manager he really shouldn't be a manger and if this is the level of management you should expect from EE then just avoid them and go else where..I wouldn't let this guy anywhere near my buisness.That said he's not my problem,my phone is and EE are just useless I've had a contract costing over £100 a month for years as I use it for buisness as well.But to EE it doesn't matter how much you spend how long you've been a customer your just another statistic and if you go three will sign up in your place.So as always in this tatty ridiculous country the big companies can bully Neglect and do and treat you as they like and we just have to take it." ON THIS OCCASION EE "ANDY" HAS BREACHED DATA PROTECTION AND HAS BREECHED PUBLIC SAFETY" and something needs to be done ..But it won't be because like everything else its all dirty and corrupt.

Joined EE and they sent me an expired SIM card on PAYG which obviously doesn't work and will not refund me the money as they don't refund PAYG! So I have now binned the card and lost the money I paid out on joining, wouldn't recommend

If your a asian pakistani please don't take a contract out with EE bunch of racists working in there they cut my line off when I make my payments on time then my plan was 160GB a month for £18 now they moved me to a 1gb for £20 a month without letting me know racists in EE please if your a asian don't take a contract there's better providers

Poor company, extremely poor customer service and very very difficult to have issues resolved.I am so sad that I chose this company to move to - 4 days to move a number over and still not done, no one knows why! But as a jester of good will they will not charge for July ? to right you won't and not as a jester of good will but because you have failed to deal with connection.Can not believe how poor this company is - never again and will keep telling people no, don't go there they are genuinely so poor

After 12 months of dropped calls and endless issues I finally got a replacement SIM card but during the transition I lost a job at a value of £3.5kClaim to be best network when actually your useless, DO NOT USE THIS NETWORK

This week I have been plunged into a Kafka-esque cycle of time-wasting, frustrating nonsense by EE when all I was doing was trying to move my mobile account to them. And I'm an existing BT customer, the sort they want to take on. I've got nowhere - you can't speak to anyone with any authority, and everyone is constantly asking dozens of questions for 'verification'. This should not be necessary as as I'm not an EE customer yet. Then there's the wrong information I've been given and procedural mess-ups on EE's part. DREADFUL.

When your not even a EE customer and get sent a bill , accompying threatening message debt collectors may be used to recover the debt , over 1 hour waiting on hold and head office has no direct dial where the escalations process can be implemented
