Used the store for years as its local. Seen a huge decline in standards and friendliness of staff recently (mostly the newer staff) tend to be very rude this may be down to the fact they always seem short staffed especially in the evenings. Will continue using he store but only as a last resort or emergency items.

I parked to get something in a blue badge parking space and left for 1min then I found that I got fined for 100 pounds these idiots took a picture of the number plate and said I can?t park here what a bunch of crooks my wife was even in the car!

This place has been a stalwart shop for local purchases for 7 years.
They have now prioritised deliveroo and express deliveries though. Without getting more staff. This means that when they have 10 people in a q they don't have time to serve their loyal customers.
I will now be choosing to support Tesco for the odds and end purchases, and the off license for drinks purchases.
The coop staff obviously don't have a choice in this and they are lovely. But MANAGEMENT if you want to place the burden of deliveroo on your shop, employ more staff so your loyal customers stay.

Second time iv brought food from here (chicken) and it?s been a day or two out of date.
Not a clean store either. Stuff every where. Obviously don?t check the foods they store. Never again.

Was served by Sach in the evening, shes an amazing character! So polite and looks like she works really hard even when no one else is looking! Love it

Went to the store at 22:40. Even tho website says 23:00 closing, the doors were locked at 22:40 and no member of the staff bothered to notify why it was shut before time. Very Poor management.

Disgusting move all the reduced food in a big bag before 10 o'clock and not worried about people struggling, I was told to buysomething else.How can you treat people like that and it usually the same two blokes everytime. The rest are lovely, they should seriously be talked too.

I visited the store today to buy bread, bacon and eggs.I can?t find any eggs in shops floor then I ask one member of staff where I can find any.She said they don?t have any available in the store, just they are in the cage and she doesn?t have time to finish the cage or help helping me.I said to her please I will take them from the cage because I need them my wife is 8 months pregnant and is no more shops around where I can buy them.Her answer was sorry I can?t let you to touch the cage due to H&S and carried on with her shopping.Then when she was in behind of till scanning her shopping, I did said to her for shopping you have time, is a big queue please help clear this. She get angry and don?t reply nothing, carry on with her shopping.Amazing service.Don?t go there.As per you see in the picture, is no H&S no where in that store.

As most of the co -op , it lacks variety, shelves quite empty, staff leaves mess on the floor, not very nice
