The manager who served us at the till was the most rude person I have ever been served by. Customer service is absolutely terrible here. Even other colleagues could be heard making fun at me as I tried on shoes. Will not be coming back here.

felt weekday staff were completely disinterested. weekend seemed a little better but still could not buy as the shoes were no longer there.

Very disappointed with the selection of wide fitting shoes for women.. I asked to have my feet measured and the sales person looked reluctant to do it, apparently I am 6 one foot and measure 7 for the other??, they wouldn?t measure the width as I was told Clarkes don?t do that anymore?.I would have thought for the price of their shoes, they would want to do everything they can to please their customers? I only went there on a 2 hour round trip because my other shop was smaller and this shop was bigger so I thought the selection would be more varied?I would not use this shop again!

Good selection of marked down shoes and boots, some have marks and scuffs so have a good look through what's on the shelves
